What data we collect and how we use it
Contact form
The data you enter in the contact form (name, phone number, email address, child's age, service of interest and message) is sent directly by email to centre@espaitribu.com. It is not stored in any database or server.
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a possible appointment.
Legal basis: the consent you give by ticking the acceptance checkbox before submitting the form.
Retention: data is kept only in the centre's email inbox for the time necessary to respond to the enquiry.
When you contact us via WhatsApp, conversation data is managed through the Meta Platforms, Inc. platform. You can read theirprivacy policy.
Third-party embedded content
Some pages include embedded content from Google services (Maps and Calendar). These services may set their own cookies and collect data such as your IP address. They are only loaded if you accept cookies via the consent banner. You can readGoogle's privacy policy.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by emailing centre@espaitribu.com with a copy of your identity document.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
